Chamomile, Rooibos, apple, lemon verbena, sweet blackberry leaves, anise and lavender

Directions

To brew, draw fresh cold water into a kettle and bring to boil. Pour the boiled water into a clean and dry ceramic tea pot containing one tea bag per person. Use about 200ml of water per bag.
