BREWING GUIDELINES: TEA BAGS -- To brew, draw fresh cold water into a kettle and bring to boil. Pour the boiled water into a clean and dry ceramic tea pot containing one tea bag per person. Use about 200ml of water per bag. Take care not to use too much water as this will produce a light infusion, whilst too little could make the tea excessively strong. Stir after one minute and allow to steep for a further two or three minutes before serving. This is a light, bright and delicate tea, therefore best taken without milk and ideally also without sugar. If sugar is desired, use a small amount or try honey as a natural sweetener.
