This single estate sencha green tea hails from the highlands of Ceylon. When brewed the infusion is light golden in colour with a delicate flavour reminiscent of seaweed.
Pure Ceylon Green Tea
To brew, draw fresh cold water into a kettle and bring to boil. Pour the boiled water into a clean and dry ceramic tea pot containing one tea bag per person. Use about 200ml of water per bag.
